A Gurgaon-based property rental company offers a diverse range of accommodation options, including hostels, PGs, studio apartments, and fully furnished flats. Their business primarily operated through offline channels—phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails—requiring significant manual coordination between rental seekers and property owners.

Objective:

The objective was to transition the property rental company from an inefficient offline operation to a fully automated digital platform. This platform aimed to streamline the rental process, reduce manual intervention, enhance transparency, and improve communication between renters and property owners.
