Objective:

The main objective was to design and implement a centralized ERP system that could digitize the client's daily operations, eliminate manual errors, and improve overall efficiency. The solution aimed to enable real-time workforce tracking, streamline communication between departments, reduce operational costs, and support the company’s growth.
